Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping charge may apply to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can track your order easily.

Delivery Issues

If there is any delay due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume, delivery may take a little longer. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. Paroo will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
